Set up default remotes for my git repos. Set up rsync for static web files other than the repos. Created error pages for 404s and others.

Got a few of my repos into the new organization I've been setting up for them. The idea is that I have a local mirror of norstrulde.org and I push from working repos into bare repos in a staging area that will be rsync'd over to the public server together with all the static web files.

The other new idea is to assign numeric identifiers to repos so that they don't have to have a unique symbolic project name across my whole development history. I will archive them according to their numeric name and use whatever symbolic name is convenient while I'm working on them. I've started a repo index page to help in finding repos.

Sorted through and copied a bunch of stuff off of a virtual machine (butch) I was using throughout 2011 but want to decommission now.

Revised my new git repo management scripts.
